CLUB CAR NAMES TOWLES VICE PRESIDENT OF WORLDWIDE SALES

Club Car has named David Rowles to the newly created position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Rowles will have responsibility for golf and utility vehicle sales, national accounts, aftermarket sales and advertising and promotions. Rowles was previously Vice President of Sales & Marketing Asia Pacific/Latin America for Ingersoll-Rand s infrastructure sector. Rowles has more than 25 years experience in a variety of operations, sales and marketing positions with Ingersoll-Rand, the parent company of Club Car. Dave's wide ranging sales and marketing experience, as well as his understanding of international markets, makes him very well suited to lead these key functions of our business, said Phil Tralies, President and CEO of Club Car.

PROLINK AND PARVIEW ANNOUNCE LETTER OF INTENT TO MERGE

ProLink and ParView, the GPS golf course management industry leaders and pioneers of technology based golf solutions with over 500 combined course installations, announced the execution of a letter of intent to merge. The new entity, ProLink/ParView, LLC, announced its management team, featuring appointments of William Fugazy Jr. (Chairman of the Board of Directors), Lawrence Bain (President), David Rivers (Vice Chairman of Sales and Marketing), Scott Myers (Co-COO and CTO), and Margaret Sleeper (Co-COO/CFO). The company will be headquartered in Tempe, Arizona with offices in New York, New York and Sarasota, Florida, along with several regional locations.
